The Office of China Programs' team works hard to fulfill our mission to bridge MSU and China and to envision our priorities including Chinese student support, research collaboration with China, and programming in both East Lansing and China; however, we need your support to deepen our impact. Please consider giving to the Office of China Programs Endowment to help us better serve our partners, students, alumni, and friends. Every contribution helps in the Year of the Tiger!
From MSU Alumna Ying Liu (MBA, Class of 2000)
Like many of you, my fellow Chinese alumni, my professional life began with Michigan State University. If it were not MSU, I would probably have never thought about becoming a supply chain management professional, let alone landing a job at Apple 21 years ago and experiencing the company's roaring growth. If it were not for the generous scholarship and an assistantship from MSU for international students, I would not have been able to concentrate on studying and graduate with an MBA debt-free. If it were not MSU, I wouldn't have made long-lasting friendships with a group of down-to-earth and assiduous MSU fellows. Michigan's fall foliage, the snow falling, and even the sound of the train passing are all still like yesterday.
On MSU Give Green Day, I am giving back to the MSU Office of China Programs to benefit current and future Chinese students. If you are like me, your personal life and/or professional life benefited from being a Spartan. Please join me in giving back to MSU.
