It is even more obvious for the developing countries who urgently need to expand the scope of higher education and improve the quality of higher education.

According to reports, this alliance can carry out cross-school, trans-regional, cross-border, cross-cultural education and teaching, to promote the transformation of traditional teaching methods to modern teaching methods in colleges and universities.
