Chinese Students visit Lake Michigan

In late the summer of 2016, the third group of "Exploring Social Sciences" from China arrived at MSU. The students were from MSU partner universities, Zhejiang University and Sichuan University. Since the summer of 2014, the Office of China Programs and the College of Social Science have collaborated on this program with our partners in China. The program attracted more than 70 talented undergraduate students in three years


Collaborating with Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU)

Nine MSU students who are studying Chinese language in the College of Arts & Letters went to MSU partner institution, Sichuan University, and lived on SCU campus for eight weeks this past summer. This is the first time MSU Chinese language students have visited SCU. The students enjoyed their study and the lifestyle of Chengdu tremendously. Besides in class learning, SCU arranged many interesting local excursion activities


Collaborating with Nanjing Agricultural University (NAU)

Michigan State University and Nanjing Agricultural University have reached an agreement this year that the two leading universities in agriculture will partner on research efforts and educational programs in the coming years. There have been faculty from both sides working together in in-depth discussions to pave out the future since this summer.

The Division of Residential and Hospitality Services (RHS) welcomed three esteemed chefs from China in the spring of 2016. Throughout their week-long visit, the chefs experienced MSU's campus environment and were afforded many opportunities to showcase their talent.
