2006 Development Grant |

By March 15, 2006, the Office of China Programs had received 17 proposals which reflected the high enthusiasm and interests of our faculty in the grant. The applicants were from many colleges and departments. To make a fair evaluation and judgment of each application, we formed a four-member committee to review each proposal. The proposals contained many great ideas and were also very competitive. After careful review, the committee selected and awarded five proposals on April 10, 2006. The name of the grantee, the department and topics of the proposed activities are as follows:
