As one of the practical projects in Zhejiang Province, the Student Affairs Center has now covered all 101 colleges and universities, handled over 2.3 million issues, with student satisfaction rates over 97%.

In order to meet the needs of students, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education created a “Service Menu” and classified it into nearly one hundred categories. All colleges and universities follow the menu and it includes management or services that are closely related to students in the Student Affairs Center.

The Student Affairs Center’s services can be handled online, and basically cover student scholarships, exam status', curriculum selections, community activities, household registrations, employment services, travel concessions, medical insurance, and other aspects related to student life.

“Let the student do less, let the data run more”, this is the “Internet” thinking of the Student Affairs Center in Zhejiang. At present, more than 30 colleges and universities in Zhejiang have established the online service hall, providing 24 hour services.
